2026 GALA AND PROGRAM

To order an ad in the April 19, 2026 Gala commemorative program for
Father Frank Kurzaj’s 75th Birthday and 50th Year of Ordination – Deadline is March 1, 2026:
1.  Choose an ad size below and pay.
2.  Email your ad information to COMMITTEE@FLMFoundation.org BEFORE the final deadline of March 1, 2026. (The sooner the better!)

-We will create your ad at no extra charge, or you may submit your own ad design.  We will send you a proof for approval.
-You may include one photo in .jpg format if your ad is 1/4, half, or full page size only.
-You may purchase more than one ad. Please order ads one at a time.
-The printed program will be approximately 8.5 x 11″, full color.
-This commemorative printed program will be available at the Gala.
-ALL proceeds from these ads will benefit the FLMF Scholarship program.
